Dons feature powerful air attack with quarterback Deacon Hill leading the way

Dons feature talented air attack

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - If you have a quarterback that has already verbally committed to Big Ten powerhouse Wisconsin, then you know the strength of the team.

Deacon Hill is only entering his junior season at Santa Barbara High School but the 6'4 225 pound signal caller already has picked his college and now he wants to take the Dons to another level.

Santa Barbara has made the playoffs two of the past three years but have made an early exit.

The Dons want to take that next step and Hill is surrounded with talented receivers. Dakota Hill, Jackson Gonzales, Jake Knecht and Moki Nacario all have tons of game experience and plenty of speed.

The defense has plenty of returning starters and is anchored by defensive lineman Noah Wood.

The Dons open the season at Buena on August 23.
