OXNARD, Calif. - A helicopter crashed in Oxnard just before 10 a.m. Saturday morning.
The crash happened off Victoria Avenue between Olivas Park Drive and Gonzales Road.
There was reportedly one occupant inside of the aircraft. The condition of the occupant is currently unknown.
A small fire was also started by the crash.
Ventura County Fire Department, Ventura City Fire Department and the Oxnard Fire Department all responded to the scene of the crash.
The cause of the crash is currently being investigated
