CAMARILLO, Calif. - The Ventura County Greek Festival gives members of the Greek Orthodox Church a chance to share their culture.
They have been doing just that for 40 years at annual festivals.
The Greek Festival at Freedom Park by the Camarillo Airport is serving up homemade Greek favorites including flaming cheese known as saganaki, and desserts such as baklava.
There is also live music and dancing, but don't expect to see belly dancing that is performed at The Greek in the Ventura Harbor, that is now part of lineup that raises money for the church.
The entrance fee includes a chance to win a prize drawing.
