BUELLTON, Calif. - An 18-year-old driver has been arrested after being suspected of operating a pot delivery service in Buellton, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office.
It happened when the driver was pulled over speeding and a deputy noticed an open container of marijuana in the car, the sheriff's office said.
