Kiara Nowlin Mayor Holden Oxnard City Council

Kiara Nowlin, the World Champion Tumbler, was honored by the Mayor and City Council of Oxnard, Tuesday night at the Council meeting. Mayor Holden awarded the USA Gymnastics Double Gold medalist a proclamation from the city of Oxnard. Kiara won the gold medals in 13-14 girls division in tumbling and double mini trampoline at the 2009 World Age Games in St. Petersburg, Russia last month.
