"Trent Gerke who was one of our 2009 Forester Hugs for Cubs kids passed away today after a courageous battle with cancer. Trent will be missed but not forgotten, and we are all very blessed to have known Trent Gerke. Trent has truly enriched all of our lives, and showed us the true meaning of how to fight. The Foresters family, numerous Major League Baseball Players, Los Angeles Lakers and the entire city of Santa Barbara/Goleta were all pulling for Trent.
To honor "Foul Ball Trent" We're going to come together Friday November 13 at 2:00 at Goleta Cemetery located at 44 S. San Antonio Road . It is right off Hollister past the Ben Page center and little league fields Look forward to seeing you all there to honor our little buddy and his family.
