There is a road that pretty much leads to nowhere that over looks the burning area but this was taken the third day and the firefighters used it as a place to set up to try and keep the fire from jumping the 154 hwy

Right. The city was informed about a goat company that does do brush clearings and fire supression. The city official responded by saying there was no funds and no grant money. Duh, no grant money if you do not apply for one! Now they are spending
