Carolyn, I do agree with you. I did contact officials this year concerning our goat business and how we work to control weed/brushes for fire supression. But unfortunately noone contacted me back. Humans cost more and chemicals are too harsh.

It seems that brush clearance is always a problem in Santa Barbara, and the firefighters and police budgets are not in line with the high cost of living there. I relocated to washington to find some peace of mind and raise our family. I am praying!
