Dear Peer: If its "college students having a little fun 'round a bonfire," it's an accident. But if it's some homeless family trying to survive a cold night it is called "a punishable offense" by an element within the System that builds prisons! QTE

The ones responsible for the fire shall be punished! It is not fair for the victims of this fire, if these kids are not punished.

as much as i dislike the word Punish,in this case should be justice served and something said before is sad but probably true...a homeless person would have got the full side of justice so what is going on here !?

This is horrible. I have contacted SB officals/departrments about our goat business and how we clear brush/weeds for fire supression but unfortunately noone was interested. I feel we could have made a huge difference.

I agree with Anita. I heard it was someone clearing dry brush by burning it when the winds kicked up and the fire got bigger than they could control
