There are large parcels of land owned by individuals that might want to build "a" house on the property they bought and paid for. How rude to feel entitled to what someone else owns. 1000 residence per 100 acres is the disease, not 1 in 20. Think!

What? I thought KEYT is news to propaganda. "Cover" with houses? Tell the truth. The average parcel is probably 50 acres at least. What's the smallest? 10?20? Is that "covering"? I love open space but I was raised to respect other's property.

Hey CP, I put that story on not KEYT. Its called 'YouNews'. If you think differently, post a story that expresses what you think, like I did.

Does respecting property rights allow anyone to do what they please with the earth? We need housing but does it all have to be in Santa Barbara. When is enough, enough! If we keep on developing SB, then in the end we will all be unhappy.
