Giga-yacht

Today Santa Barbara had the “A” – the most recent member of the giga-yacht club, and to put things in perspective, the fuel tank is 757,000 liters. So it would cost just over €1 million to fill the fuel tank. $1.4 million US just to fill the tank. That amount of fuel will last 15.5 days at cruising speed

Apparently fuel tank tid-bits were copied from a European source; "Liters", "€", ... If that is the case, math?, your calculation makes sense. Gas typically costs twice as much in Europe as it does here in the US - if not more.

757,000L = 200,000 gal. It WOULD cost $1.4 to fill up if one was paying $7/gal for diesel. Not likely. Get your facts straight.

Why do people care about this when people are struggling, need jobs, and loosing their houses?
