Westmont Men Fall, Women Continue To Roll

Montecito -- The Westmont men's basketball team dropped its third league game at home Saturday night as Point Loma Nazarine dropped the Warriors 82-68. On the women's side, Westmont continues to roll, beating Point Loma 65-48 to remain undefeated in league play.

The men's team led for much of the first half, however Point Loma went on a 7-0 run to take a lead into the intermission and the Sea Lions never looked back.

The women's team won its 15th straight game and got double-doubles from both Tugce Canitez and Lisa Peterson. The Warriors are now 20-1 overall and 10-0 in GSAC play.
