UCSB junior forward Sweets Underwood scored the Gauchos first eight points and finished with a team-high 16, as the UCSB women's basketball team notched an impressive 63-43 win over struggling UC Riverside.

Along with Underwood's performance, Kelsey Adrian chipped in with 15 and Nicole Nesbit netted nine points off the bench.

With the win UCSB improves to 7-8, 2-2 in Big West play.
