The third time was not the charm for the University of Washington. After switching from USC to Cal and then to Washington, Jordan Payton changed his mind again and chose a fourth Pac-12 school, UCLA. The Oaks Christian receiver will play in Westwood with his close friend and teammate Ishmael Adams. Two dozen high school football players from Ventura County signed National Letters of Intent.
