The Winnipeg Jets agreed to terms with defenseman Adam Pardy on a new contract.

Terms of the contract were not released by the team, but TSN reported that it is a one-year, $700,000 deal.

Pardy, 30, had six assists in 60 games last season.

Pardy has four goals and 35 assists in 260 regular-season NHL games with the Calgary Flames, Dallas Stars, Buffalo Sabres and Jets. He was a sixth-round draft pick of the Flames in 2004.
