GOLETA, Calif. -

If only Lani Evans would have sold programs, the senior would have done it all for Dos Pueblos.

She pitched a no-hitter against Culver City in a game shortened to four and a half innings due to the run-rule as the Chargers won 11-0 in a first-round CIF Division 4 playoff softball game.

Evans struck out 11 batters and she made plenty of noise at the plate. She had a two-run triple in the first inning and a run-scoring single in the second. DP scored six times in the second inning to lead 9-0.

The Chargers advance to play Monrovia on Thursday.
