Rincon Classic surfing competition set for weekend

After weeks of delays due to poor waves, the RIncon Classic is finally on.

Over 200 surfers will hit the waves Saturday and Sunday for the local competition that brings together surfers of all ages.

"It's a pretty unique opportunity to have generations of local surfers riding in the same contest on the same day," said contest director Chris Keet.

With the great weather and better waves forecast, big crowds are expected.
