GOLETA, Calif. -

Santa Barbara High School controlled the first three innings but it was all Dos Pueblos after that as the Chargers improve to 2-1 in the Channel League with a come-from-behind 5-2 home win.

DP scored a run in the fourth and fifth innings to tie it up at two and took the lead for good with three in the sixth. James Savage's single up the middle proved to be the game-winning RBI.

Behind Jeff Paschke's pitching and hitting, the Dons led 2-0 heading into the bottom of the fourth inning. Paschke held the Chargers without a hit the first time through the order. Meanwhile at the plate, Paschke delivered hits in his first two plate appearances including an RBI triple in the third.

The Chargers Gabe Speier struck out eight in five innings of work while reliever Erik Olson picked up the win. Santa Barbara dropped to 2-2 in league.
