Ventura sheriff searching for elderly Thousand Oaks woman

Judith Sirstins suffers from dementia

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - The Ventura County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 74-year-old woman from Thousand Oaks who has been missing since Tuesday night.

Judith Katherine Sirstins was last seen at around 10 p.m. leaving Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks.

Sirstins was driving a dark gray 2007 Toyota Camry with California license plate 5YUW918. 

Officials say Sirstins suffers from dementia but is otherwise in good health.

Sirstins had taken a family member to the hospital but never returned home. She is 5-foot 2-inches, weighs 110 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a long sleeve white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Ventura County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center at (805) 654-9511. She is considered to be "at risk."
