ISLA VISTA, Calif. -

Authorities are looking for two college-aged men who robbed a University of California, Santa Barbara student at knifepoint Thursday night.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department says the male victim was walking home from campus around 11:30 p.m. when the two assailants approached him on El Greco Road. The victim had a sharp object placed at his side and was hit over the head, according to authorities. The assailants then took his wallet and fled.

The two robbers are only described as being white college-aged men wearing dark clothing. Anyone with information is urged to call the Sheriff Department's anonymous tip line at 805-681-4171.
