Former UCSB Men's Soccer Star Hosts Local Youth Camp

Former UCSB Goalkeeper Danny Kennedy, now a member of Chivas USA of Major League Soccer, will host a youth soccer camp beginning December 29th at the Hollister School in Goleta.

Kennedy was a star at UCSB from 2001-2004. Installed as Chivas USA's Starting goalkeeper in the final two months of the 2008 season, Kennedy was one of the top keepers in MLS. His stellar play helped Chivas USA advance deep in the playoffs.

Kennedy says holding youth soccer camps in the Santa Barbara area is his way of giving back to the kids in a community that is very special to him.
