UCSB Basketballers Donate Time

Goleta, CA-- The UCSB Men's and Women's Basketball Teams handed out a big assist Monday night, but not the kind you see on the court.

Both men's and women's teams raised $5,200 and distributed it amongst 52 underprivileged children in the area. Each child received $100 to spend at K-Mart in Goleta.

Players and coaches from both teams helped these children around the store in an attempt at finding that slam dunk of a gift.
