Vegetation fire in Los Olivos
LOS OLIVOS, Calif. -

Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to a report of structure fire in the Santa Ynez Valley.

It happened at 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday on the 2900 block of Brinkerhoff in Los Olivos.

Fire crews found a vegetation fire burning near a barn. Fire spokesperson said the fire burned 2.2 acres of grass in a grazed horse corral.

Officials said the cause of the fire is related to a grass-mowing operation.

No structures were damaged and the fire was contained at 12:08 p.m.
