SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Refugio Martinez, the 10-year-old boy that was missing out of Santa Maria has been located safely.
The Santa Maria Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating the missing boy.
The Santa Maria Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a runaway juvenile who is considered to be "at-risk."
Refugio Martinez has been missing Saturday night at around 8 p.m.
He was last seen at his home after returning from a friend's house.
One he returned home, Martinez was told he was not allowed to leave again. Due to circumstance that are unclear, Martinez left his home against the wishes of his guardians.
Martinez is 4 feet and 9 inches tall, weighs 90 pound and has brown eyes and brown spiked hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black converse shoes and an unknown color button up shirt.
Anyone with information about Refugio's location is asked to contact the Santa Maria Police Department.
