SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Santa Barbara residents and tourists were spoiled with a warm Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day.
Southern California experienced a warm-up in temperatures this week.
“I can’t believe that this is November, the end of November. We’ve got the sun out and warm and the breeze. It’s incredible," said Wanda Be, a Santa Barbara resident.
Be took advantage of the heat and invited her closest friends to celebrate the holiday at Leadbetter Beach in Santa Barbara.
"I feel so lucky to be a Santa Barbaran. I think it’s one of the best places to live," said Be.
According to the National Weather Service, Santa Barbara logged a new record for Thanksgiving Eve temperature.
