SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - A Santa Barbara man has been arrested for the second time this year for the same drug related offense, according to sheriff's officials.
Deputies arrested Randall Leong Tuesday after narcotics detectives discovered the 29-year-old man was selling heroin in the Santa Barbara area.
Detectives caught up with the suspect as he was driving along Highway 101 through Carpinteria and stopped him. Deputies found a quarter ounce of packaged heroin on Leong, apparently ready to sell.
Santa Barbara police arrested Leong back in January for the same offense.
Bail was set at $100,000 dollars.
