SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Potential Neverland buyers may not have been thrilled with its $100 million asking price.
This week the Los Angeles Times reported that the price was cut by 33 percent to $67 million.
Team Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker confirmed the price drop but would not comment on the seller or a possible open house.
The office will only talk with qualified buyers.
There is still a constant stream of fans visiting the gate off Figueroa Mountain Road near Los Olivos,
Fans hope the next owner will improve the 2,700-acre property.
Some young people who go to school in the area would like to see it turned into a Graceland-style attraction but longtime Santa Ynez residents have never warmed up to that idea.
