The Santa Barbara firm known for economic impact studies gathered information form the Santa Barbara County after the slides and freeway closure.
Senior economist Jeff Vitucci said property damage is in the $200 million dollar range.
The economic impact estimiate is about the same.
The initial assessments could be a starting point to rebuild.
The clean up costs were not factored into the research.
