SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - For the second year in a row Granada Theater is bringing a musical to Santa Barbara.
Camelot in Concert will be debuting this weekend. Camelot is based on the 1958 T.H. White novel "The Once and Future King."
It features a world-class cast with a Tony Award nominated director who returns to the Granada after directing last spring's My Fair Lady in Concert.
Director Marcia Milgram Dodge says the Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra will also be on stage. She describes the show as romantic, sexy and funny.
The Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts's goal is to promote musical theater in the community. The show is Saturday night, June 21, at 8p.m. with a Sunday Matinee at 3p.m.
