SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - A San Luis Obispo County Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting four college students faced a judge Monday
38-year-old Alfonso Alarcon-Nunez appeared in a San Luis Obispo County courtroom.
During today's proceedings, a preliminary hearing for Alarcon-Nunez was set for February 26.
Alarcon-Nunez has been accused of raping three Cal Poly students and one Cuesta College student.
The undocumented Uber driver has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Alarcon-Nunez has been in custody in the San Luis Obispo County jail since last week.
His bail has been set at $1.4 million dollars.
