SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - We are almost halfway through the year and Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties is getting close to being halfway through their goal of making children's wishes come true.
Make-A-Wish can help grant the wishes of sick kids thanks to people like you who are able to spare extra frequent flyer miles.
It's part of the Wishes in Flight campaign to collect one million miles this year.
There are more children on the wish list with dreams to go to places like Disneyworld, on a Disney Cruise, or as simple as going on a shopping spree.
Even a few thousand miles can add up with other donations to make the difference of a lifetime for kids who need it most.
Miles from Delta, US Airways, Continental, United and JetBlue airlines are accepted.
