LOMPOC, Calif. - Authorities are investigating an incident in Mission Hills near Lompoc in which a BB gun was reportedly fired at a school bus taking students home.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office says about 20 to 30 Cabrillo High School students were onboard the bus when an object or objects struck the vehicle.
The incident occurred at about 3 p.m. as the bus was traveling northbound on Rucker Road from Burton Mesa Road. No one was hurt, according to the Sheriff's Office.
