Florida has overturned a law that has made unmarried lovers living together illegal. The law was in place for 148 years, making cohabitation a second-degree misdemeanor. Offenders could receive a sentence of up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Florida has overturned a law that has made unmarried lovers living together illegal. The law was in place for 148 years, making cohabitation a second-degree misdemeanor.
