These companies are among the worst for customer service as ranked by 10,000 consumers recently surveyed by customer service and research firm the Temkin Group. Those surveyed were asked to rate their satisfaction level on a scale of 1 (very dissatisfied) to 7 (completely very satisfied). Culling those rankings, the Temkin Group gave each company a "net satisfaction" score listed as a percentage.
