SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Some former runners of a cancelled Veterans Day race are thinking about filing a class action lawsuit.
Kortney Delgadilla said she signed up to run a relay with three other friends in 2015.
She said they paid $260.00 before they found out the race was cancelled.
They have tried and failed to get their money back.
When Delgadilla heard the 2017 race was cancelled she was not surprised.
She is still looking for an attorney to take the case.
If she hires an attorney she hopes to help runners from both races get some or all of their money back.
