Ventura District Attorney's Office Granted Money For DUI Team

Ventura - The Ventura County District Attorney's Office is being granted money.

It's all in an effort to fund its newly created Drug and Alcohol DUI Vertical Prosecution Team.

The team is designed to aggressively prosecute impaired drivers in Ventura County and also raise awareness of the fatal consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The team was also given close to $360,000.
