Child Annoyance Suspect Outstanding

Written by KEY News Staff

The search is on for a man suspected of trying to lure children into a pick-up truck.

Ventura Police have received three child annoyance reports since November.

Officers believe they are related.

In each case, they say a man, who speaks broken English, was preying on children during lunch and after school hours.

Police say it happened on Rancho Drive, Jordan Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue.

No one took him up on the offers.

But police think there may be more victims out there.

Investigators are urging people with children to report anything suspicious.
