Santa Barbara - The 2nd annual Small Business Saturday is about to kick off.

Credit card company American Express kicked off the movement last year.

Tomorrow is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses during one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

American Express is asking millions of people to shop small at their favorite local stores and help fuel the economy.
