Grover Beach - A local courthouse is temporarily closed as of today.

As of Jan. 3, the Grover Beach Courthouse, part of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court System, has suspended operations due to reductions in funding of the judicial branch.

Court officials say they hope the situation is temporary as they try to restore funding.

All Grover Beach cases will now be heard at the San Luis Obispo Courthouse at 1035 Palm St.
