Authorities say they have arrested two people after approximately 24 fires erupted just outside of Pismo Beach. CAL FIRE officials say the fires broke out about 4:00 p.m. on Thursday in an area north of Oak Park Blvd. and east of James Way.

Investigators say the arrested one adult and one juvenile. Because the investigation is ongoing, they are not releasing any further information at this time.
