Singer Whitney Houston Has Died

Singer Whitney Houston has died at the age of 48. No other details have been released at this time.

Houston won two Emmy Awards, six Grammy's, 30 Billboard Music Awards, 22 American Music Awards and sold more than 170 million albums and singles around the world.

Guinness World Records says Houston is the most awarded female act of all time.

Her 14 year marriage to singer Bobby Brown ended in 2006.

Houston battled drug problems in recent years.
