An Event called "Seniors Gone Wired," helped seniors access the internet this week.

And despite its funny name it's another example of what's right in our community.

Experts from a company called "swift chip" asked cypress place senior living center is they could teachers seniors how to communicate online for free.

Cypress Place jumped at the chance and invited seniors and other computer companies to put on lectures and tutor students on wednesday.

Seniors came with plenty of computer and smart phones questions.

Recent studies show that seniors with little face to face interaction can improve their quality of life by communicating online.
