Restaurants Serve up Film Feast for Film Festival

Many set special menus and some with Hollywood-style names

Many Santa Barbara restaurants in the downtown and theater district are serving up special menus during the International Film Festival. The Downtown Organization encouraged the uniquely crafted dishes, and specially priced meals to encourage guests to dine before or after some of the film festival events.

During the opening night festivities, tables were full and restaurants were sizzling with business. Many stayed open later hours to accommodate the post-movie crowd.

Several restaurants also have special tables for private parties, and Hollywood stars who will be dining close to the festival event locations.
