Quaids Blow Off Santa Barbara Court Case

Hollywood couple Randy and Evi Quaid, once again did not appear for a Santa Barbara Superior Court hearing Tuesday morning.

For several weeks now, the couple have been in Canada after being arrested in Vancouver for failing to appear in Santa Barbara in October.

The couple are seeking asylum across the border, claiming they will be killed by "the Star Whackers," a group they say killed actors Heath Ledger and David Carradine.

Following today's failure to appear, a judge reissued an arrest warrant for both Randy and Evi. The couple is due in a Canadian court next week for an immigration hearing.

The couple is facing charges of trespassing after being arrested in September for squatting at a home in Montecito they once owned.
