Families ACT! along with treatment advocates held a press conference in front of the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department Saturday morning, demanding answers from top city officials regarding measure S, a half-cent sales tax which would generate millions to construct a new, $80 million jail facility near Santa Maria.
