Local Couples Compete For Kissing Title

With valentines day just around the corner, love is in the air.

Local couple's locked lips Sunday, to raise money for charity.

The kissing contest was held at the Ramada Limited in Goleta. Contestants had to get in as many smooches as possible in one minute.

They are not only hoping to set a world record, winners of the event will move onto a "kiss-off" at Tremblay Financial Services on Tuesday, Valentine's day. All the money raised in the event will benefit "Kidz For a Cure Pediatric Cancer Research."
