When it comes to stimulus dollars, some say our money is going to waste.

The so-called "Stimulus Projects" were designed to pump hundreds of billions of dollars into the economy-- in an effort to help bring the country back from the brink of a massive recession.

However, many want to know if it's working and what impacts the monies have had locally?
