Paul Orfalea is the foundeur of Kinko's and a serial entrepreneur. He will be the keynote speaker of an event that focuses on what techniques and methods CEO's should implement when building and managing teams. The program will feature Mr. Orfalea describing his first hires, successes and failures and how he managed teams as they grew into a company that featured 25,000 employees.

The event is titled "Effective Startup Management: Featuring Paul Orfalea".

It will take place on Wednesday at the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center.
