The County of Santa Barbara is holding a free information workshop on low cost home energy upgrades.

Through the "Em-Power" program, you can get low cost financing, and learn how to lower your utility bills and replace old windows and insulation.

The event is happening tonight, January 31st from 5:30 to 7:30 p-m, at the Goleta Valley Community Center located on 5679 Hollister Avenue.
