Grand Re-opening of Woodstock's Pizza IV

Isla Vista - An Isla Vista institution is throwing its doors back open and inviting you to a party.

After extensive renovation, Woodstock's Pizza is now re-open. Located on Embarcadero Del Norte, the popular pizza parlor has been in Isla Vista since 1982.

Woodstock's re-opened January 26, 2012. Now, the community is invited to join Woodstock's Grand Re-Opening Celebration Week. It starts Tuesday, January 31, with a special trivia night. On Wednesday, there is a special pint night hosted by Figueroa Brewing Company. On Saturday, you can enjoy live music from local band Kass Bros, plus free samples and happy hour all day. On Sunday, it is Super Bowl and you can enjoy $6.99 All You Can Eat slices and happy hour all day.

"It had been a few years since we've done anything here, so we just refurbished everything, added a little space to our dining room and just really made our kitchen a lot more efficient. Same great pizza we've always had and haven't changed any recipes... still the same great taste," Chris Wilson of Woodstock's Pizza.
